Angel Fragrances- Absinthe is a fragrance oil made from extracts of various herbs, including wormwood. It has an anise flavor and is highly alcoholic. Absinthe was once outlawed around the globe because it was perceived as a psychoactive drug with dangerous side effects that could cause hallucinations. However, this stigmatization of the liquor has never been verified. In 2007, the USA lifted the ban on absinthe. Since then, absinthe sales have soared. Traditional absinthe preparation involves placing a sugar cube on top a specially made perforated spoon. The sugar cube is then placed in the glass. Ice-cold water is slowly drizzled over it. The liquid becomes cloudy. The Bohemian Method, a modern way to prepare absinthe for use, is also available. This involves heating the sugar cube and then drizzling the cold water over it. Before lighting, the sugar cube is soaked with absinthe. Our fragrance oil is not meant to be eaten. Our Absinthe fragrance is a representation of the absinthe smell.

Coloring Suggestions: Absinthe Fragrance Oil
| Candles | 2 drops green and 2 drops yellow liquid candle dye or a small amount of shredded green & yellow color blocks per 4 pounds of wax. Never use crayons to color your candles as they will clog your wick. |

Cold process soap testing was done by our staff using strict controls. Stick blenders can help to incorporate fragrance back into the soap in the event that it rices during the mixing process. Soaping at room temperature can help to reduce the likelihood of accelerated trace. Fragrances containing vanilla ingredients may discolor soap.Vanilla White Color stabilizer may help prevent discoloration due to vanilla. However, there are more than 40 ingredients used in fragrance manufacturing that may contribute to discoloration of products.
